Guidelines for Completing the Borrower Certification

The Borrower’s Certification document is to confirm you have understood the documentation you are signing. You must advise us whether you required to have the documents translated to you, and whether you obtained legal advice in relation to the documents.

In the Post Settlement Notices section of the form, you have the option to nominate who will receive all communication from Firstmac. If no option is selected the notices will be issued to each borrower.

This form must be signed by all borrowers.
